Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide
(NAD) Therapy
NAD⁺ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a vital coenzyme that powers energy production, DNA repair, and cellular health. Levels naturally decline with age and stress, contributing to fatigue, brain fog, and slower recovery. IV NAD⁺ infusions bypass digestion to rapidly restore your body’s supply—supporting sharper cognition, better energy, and enhanced metabolic function. Backed by emerging research, NAD⁺ therapy offers a science-based way to feel clearer, more focused, and more resilient from the inside out.

NAD FAQ
What is NAD⁺ and why is it important? NAD⁺ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in all cells and essential for over 400 metabolic processes—including energy production, DNA repair, and anti-inflammatory pathways. It declines with age, illness, and stress, contributing to fatigue, cognitive decline, and poor cellular function (Grant et al., 2019; Gindri et al., 2024). What is the pricing for this therapy? Each intravenous NAD session will cost $250 for a 500mg infusion. We are able to customize the amount of NAD in each infusion within reason, and can discuss pricing for customized NAD amounts on a personal basis. Oral NAD precursor supplements (for example, NMN and NR) generally sell for somewhere in the range of $50-$100/month supply. We do not currently sell these oral products directly, but can offer advise regarding trusted brands and source. What are the benefits of NAD⁺ therapy? •Improved energy and mitochondrial function •Enhanced mental clarity, memory, and focus •Reduced inflammation •Detoxification support (especially in post-addiction or chronic toxin exposure) •Anti-aging and neuroprotective effects •Potential metabolic benefits, including lipid profile improvements (Oliveira-Cruz et al., 2024; Broom-Gibson et al., 2021) Is it safe? Yes. In multiple studies and clinical use, IV and oral NAD⁺/precursor therapy was well tolerated. Side effects were generally mild (headache, fatigue, flushing, or GI symptoms) and often indistinguishable from placebo (Gindri et al., 2024; Grant et al., 2019). No serious adverse events were reported, even at high doses. When will I feel results? Many patients report: •Increased clarity and calm after 1–2 sessions •Improved energy and motivation by day 3–5 •Cognitive gains (measured objectively) within one week (Broom-Gibson et al., 2021) How is NAD⁺ therapy different from other IV drips? While traditional drips hydrate or deliver short-acting nutrients, NAD⁺ fuels the cellular metabolic processes themselves. It supports deeper cellular regeneration rather than just surface-level replenishment.
🌿 What to Expect: Your NAD⁺ Infusion Experience At BlissElla Physiologic Arts, we offer a personalized NAD⁺ therapy protocol designed to help restore energy, support brain function, and promote healthy aging. While each person’s journey is unique, many clients begin with a structured loading phase followed by maintenance support, based on a protocol that has worked well anecdotally in clinical practice. 🔄 Loading Phase: Replenish & Reboot During your first 10 days, you'll receive five infusions of 500 mg of NAD⁺, delivered intravenously over 1 to 2 hours per session. This initial series is designed to quickly restore your body's cellular NAD⁺ levels, which naturally decline with age and stress. Many people report improvements in energy, mental clarity, mood, and resilience during this phase. •Frequency: 5 infusions over 10 days •Duration: Each session lasts 1–2 hours •Setting: Comfortable, medically supervised environment •Monitoring: We’ll check vitals before and after each session, and can also monitor labs such as liver function if desired 🌀 Maintenance Phase: Stay Energized After your loading phase, you can choose a maintenance plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. Many clients continue with: •Monthly IV NAD⁺ infusions (500 mg) •Oral NAD⁺ precursors to support ongoing cellular health The two most popular oral option including: •Nicotinamide Riboside (NR •Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) 🧬 Tailored to You This protocol is based on clinical experience and research-informed practices, but your care at BlissElla is always personalized. We'll work together to design a plan that aligns with your health goals—whether that means following this structure, adjusting the pace, or exploring additional supportive therapies.
